Wellbeing for business

Reinvigorate your workplace, boost creativity & reduce stress in your team by working with me to deliver a wellbeing support package.

Working in a high-pressure managerial job in the finance & accountancy sector for over a decade, I’ve experienced & witnessed the effects of stress & burnout in the workplace too many times. I’ve seen this lead to staff feeling demotivated, reduced productivity, increased sick days and in my own case – quitting altogether.

Why should you care about wellbeing?

Stress, mental ill health and musculoskeletal injuries are the main causes of both short-term and long-term absence from work (CIPD 2022 report). People are looking for an employer who is proactively supportive of employee wellbeing. In fact, 89% of Gen Z employees would consider quitting their company if it didn’t focus on employee wellbeing (Gympass 2022 report). This is no longer something you can ignore, especially if you’re looking to recruit and keep Gen Z employees.

Yoga can help improve strength & flexibility, reduce stress & learn to identify (and therefore avoid) those moments when we are feeling overwhelmed and close to burnout. Organisations that take a strategic approach to wellbeing (which often includes yoga classes) are more likely to report positive outcomes for both employees and the organisation, such as improved productivity (CIPD 2022 report). Interestingly, research shows that our creativity flourishes best when we give ourselves time to rest. I’ve found this to be the case with my clients, particularly through a regular Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga practice.

How can a yoga & wellbeing programme help?

How I can help

With 13 years experience designing and delivering professional education training, including extensive experience with in-person and online events, coupled with 5 years of teaching accessible & inclusive yoga – I’m confident we can work together to support you & your workplace.

  • Regular yoga class. With a focus on teaching in an accessible way & supporting people to explore agency in their body, I can offer a regular yoga class either online or in-person (Milton Keynes). This could be a dynamic class, or a restful class, or a combination of the two. I can also offer teaching mindfulness, meditation and yoga nidra.

  • On demand library. With a library of over 50 specially recorded classes, we could also explore an on-demand wellbeing package for your staff.

  • Live event. I excel at creating & delivering live events, so I could support you with a wellbeing day or session at an event of conference.

My experience includes nearly 10 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching. My training includes 200-hour hot & hatha yoga plus additional trainings on vinyasa, yin, restorative, teaching inclusive yoga, yoga nidra, pregnancy & post-natal yoga, and supporting on teacher training.

Prices start from £80 for a regular yoga class of up to 10 people in Milton Keynes. Contact me to discuss options and working together.
